PMA Digital Services (“Interlude,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account details: name, email, phone number, password
- Profile information: instruments, experience, bio, location, rates (Musicians); organisation name, address, contact person (Clients)
- Identity verification documents, where applicable
- Bank account details, for processing payouts (Musicians)
- Booking details and messages exchanged through the platform
- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Paystack Interlude does not store full card numbers
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage data (pages visited, actions taken on the platform)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Facilitate bookings and payments between Clients and Musicians
- Verify identity and reduce fraud
- Process payouts to Musicians via Paystack
- Send booking confirmations, updates, and support communications
- Improve and maintain the platform
- Resolve disputes between Users
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How we share your information
We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:
- Between Users: When you make or accept a booking, relevant profile and contact information is shared between the Client and Musician involved.
- Payment processing: Payment and payout information is shared with Paystack to process transactions.
- Service providers: We may share information with providers who help us operate the platform, under obligations to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Interlude, our Users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored using Supabase, with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
Interlude uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect platform functionality.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Booking and payment records may be retained longer where required by financial regulations.

Interlude is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify Users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
